Key Responsibilities: 1. Privilege Campaign Coordination Assist in sourcing and coordinating partner offers, cashback deals, and privilege campaigns with banks, insurance, retail, and real estate partners etc.. Support the preparation of communication briefs and artwork coordination with the design and marketing communications team. Serve as the main point of contact for routine coordination with external partners (e.g., gathering materials, collecting feedback, sharing communication assets) and maintain positive relationships. 2. Event Execution & Coordination Coordinate and assist in the logistics of partnership events, including venue setup, event materials, staff coordination, and on-site execution. Ensure smooth on-site execution by liaising with internal teams and external vendors. Prepare event kits, giveaways, and support materials as per approved plans. 3. Reporting & Documentation Compile and submit weekly partnership status reports covering ongoing activities, key updates, upcoming timelines, and pending tasks. 4. Partnership Administration & Market Insights Prepare internal documentation to support partnership execution and vendor management. Monitor market trends, benchmark competitor privileges, and gather insights to support partnership planning. Maintain and update partner databases, contact lists, and contract files to ensure proper record-keeping and easy retrieval for the team. 5. Team Assistance Schedule and organize internal meetings and partner appointments for the team. Support the Partnership Executive and Team Lead with project follow-ups, expense tracking, and day-to-day coordination. Help ensure that all timelines, deliverables, and reports are met for ongoing campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or coordination roles Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with internal teams and external partners Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, events, and partnership activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Good command of English and Thai (both written and spoken) Experience in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industry is a plus
