The role Are you passionate about creating simple, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences? Do you enjoy turning user needs and business requirements into clear design solutions? Would you like to work closely with product and engineering teams to shape applications that are easy to use and visually engaging? You will be part of a cross-functional product and application development team, working closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders. The team focuses on building user-centered applications that are practical, accessible, and aligned with business needs. As a UI/UX Designer, you will design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and/or mobile applications. You will translate user needs, business requirements, and product goals into wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and polished visual designs. This role plays an important part in improving usability, design consistency, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction across our digital products. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Design clean, consistent, and accessible interfaces, including layouts, typography, colors, components, and visual elements. Build and maintain reusable design components and design system standards to support consistency across products. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into practical design solutions. Prepare design specifications, support development handoff, and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability findings. What we need to see from you Strong experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications, with a portfolio showing the design process from research to final design. Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and design system management. Good understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design principles. Knowledge of usability testing methods and accessibility standards such as WCAG. Ability to collaborate effectively with product, business, and development teams in an agile environment.
