I want my training → • ตรวจสอบเอกสารด้านการเงินและบัญชี เช่น VAT, WHT, Reimbursement และ Advance Clearing ให้ถูกต้องก่อนดำเนินการในระบบ • จัดเตรียมและติดตามเอกสารการเบิกจ่ายและ Payment ให้ดำเนินการได้อย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลา • บันทึกและจัดเก็บหลักฐานการชำระเงิน รวมถึงเอกสาร Voucher ให้เป็นระบบ • ติดต่อประสานงานกับธนาคาร และจัดเตรียมเอกสารเกี่ยวกับ Bank Guarantee (BG) • ดูแลงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Bid Bond, Advance Bond, Performance Bond และ Retention Bond • ติดตามค่าธรรมเนียม Bank Guarantee และอัปเดตข้อมูลบริษัท/โครงการให้กับธนาคาร • ประสานงานด้านการเงินและเอกสารระหว่างพนักงานชาวไทยและชาวจีน • สนับสนุนงานด้าน Finance & Accounting อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาภาษาจีน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ดี (HSK ระดับ 5 ขึ้นไป) มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Finance & Accounting หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Payment, Reimbursement หรือการตรวจสอบเอกสารการชำระเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และเรียนรู้งานได้รวดเร็ว มีทักษะการประสานงานและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้ดี
