About the role Ecolah Pte. Ltd. is seeking an organised and customer-focused Administrative & Customer Support Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for candidates with an administrative or customer service background who are looking to develop a career in international logistics, international trade, wholesale distribution and business operations. No previous logistics experience is required, as structured on-the-job training will be provided. Key responsibilities Process customer orders accurately from order confirmation to delivery Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, product availability and enquiries Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and logistics partners Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices and operational documents Maintain accurate customer, inventory and operational records Update internal systems, spreadsheets and reports Support basic accounting and general administrative duties Learn how international shipments are coordinated from overseas suppliers to local customers Support import documentation, shipping paperwork and customs-related documents About you ITE Higher Nitec, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, International Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) eligible for the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, order processing or office administration will be an advantage Strong organisational and communication skills Customer-oriented with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Workspace Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently About us Ecolah Pte.
