Responsibilities: Daily trade settlement Process daily clearing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness IPO subscriptions, corporate actions, and handle ad hoc operational projects as assigned Follow SFC regulations and internal control procedures Prepare settlement reports and support audit or regulatory requests Work with custodians, brokers, and counterparties for settlement issues promptly Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist in system enhancements Requirements: Degree or diploma holder in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline 1–3 years of settlement or securities operations experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong commitment and eagerness to learn are also welcome Responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable in a dynamic yet collaborative environment Your Benefits: Medical insurance (including spouse and children) Dental insurance Life insurance Performance bonus Study leave Bank Holiday Birthday Leave Annual Leave 14 days We offer a competitive compensation package to the right candidate.
