Manager, Organization Effectiveness Partner

Key Responsibilities · Act as an internal consultant to HR and business leaders, helping solve organizational and workforce challenges through data-driven insights and practical solutions. · Lead projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, operating models, ways of working, and employee experience. · Facilitate organization reviews, team effectiveness assessments, and process improvement initiatives to drive business performance. · Design and implement change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational initiatives. · Bring people together through workshops, stakeholder engagements, and alignment sessions to drive action and results. · Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of working and introducing more effective, scalable approaches. · Partner across functions to deliver transformation initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and adoption. · Explore and leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity, collaboration, and organizational outcomes. · Ensure initiatives are delivered with appropriate governance, risk management, and compliance considerations. Qualifications · Minimum 8 years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, HR, Change Management, Transformation, Project Management, or related areas. · Experience participating in organization design, operating model, change management, or business transformation projects is preferred · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. · Familiarity with analytics tools, workflow platforms, and productivity technologies. · Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
