Human Resources Development Officer

Responsibility Initiate suitable development programs for new normal for all level. Coordinate with department to provide and arrange development activities. Support skill development by On the Job Training (OJT) system. Support productivity improvement activity. ISO System control. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree. Good command in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required). 0-2 years of experiences in the relevant fields (Recent graduated are also welcome). Able to work permanently at Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province.
