Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies. Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and recommend preventive and corrective actions. Monitor and improve safety performance within the building and common areas. Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments, incident reports, and safety records. Organize safety training, emergency drills, and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and tenants. Inspect fire protection systems, emergency equipment, and ensure operational readiness. Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with government authorities, tenants, contractors, and internal departments on safety-related matters. Perform other duties as assigned.
