Merchandiser

About the role Kennex (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a talented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and strategically positioned product displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience for our foreign customers. This is a full-time role based in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District. Working Experience is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcomed with open arms. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective merchandising plans to showcase products and maximize sales Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure product placements aligning with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns Maintain stock levels and optimize product flow to minimize out-of-stocks and overstocking Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve merchandising strategies Support the best practices for product presentation and display Ensure stores adhere to visual merchandising standards and brand identity Respond quickly to stakeholders' requests and provide solutions on merchandising issues What we're looking for Relevant working experience in retail merchandising is preferred but fresh graduate would also be considered if appropriate Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior and product positioning Excellent visual merchandising skills with an eye for design and product presentation Ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable merchandising strategies Proactive problem-solving skills and a adaptable approach to changing store needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office suite What we offer At Kennex, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
