We are currently seeking an Account Manager – Project Sales (Building Automation) to join our Building Automation team in our Malaysia office within the BMS products group for the Electrical Products (EP division). The appointee will implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing project segment activities. Key Responsibilities Drive demand creation activities, and collaboration with various stakeholders (ie. Developers, end users, consultants, interior designers and electrical contractors) to specify and ensure the adoption and supply of Honeywell MK brand into projects, encompassing various Electrical Products (EP) solutions. Monitor project segment, to provide necessary market insights as inputs to offering management (OM) and channel marketing (CMM), to support NPI development and commercialization, and implement segment centric programs. Link and enable eventual supply of projects won thru the appointed channel partner ecosystem. Key deliverables in project order booking and sales revenue. Channel Partner enablement for the retail segment revenue & orders. Reporting on ongoing basis thru MOS cadence. Forecasting and material planning thru supply chain team. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. Position Honeywell to be the segment's top choice by improving visibility and engagement holistically. Implement your creative ideas while solving complex problems for the customer. Key Qualifications & Requirements A broad knowledge of principles and best practices in projects and retail segment. Domain experience in Building Automation, with experience in electrical products. Excellent team and communication skills both English and Local language. Mandarin dialects is a plus An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction. An ability to influence at the operational level. A broad network of Developers, M&E Consultants / Interior Designers, End- Users, contractors. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent (Electrical engineering is a plus) Minimum 5 years of working relevant experience Project sales talent related to buildings (material & systems) are encouraged to apply.
