Business Development Executive (Electrical Products)

Develop strong product knowledge and provide suitable solutions based on customer and project requirements. Proactively engage with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to secure product specifications for new projects. Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. Manage sales activities including customer presentations, quotation preparation, negotiation, and follow-up to achieve sales closure. Provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to support timely project delivery. Maintain regular sales activity updates and submit reports to the Sales Manager. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Business Development or Sales experience. Minimum 3 years of sales experience within project-based industries, such as construction, electrical, building materials, or related sectors. Candidates with experience in water pumps, water piping systems, air conditioning, construction, or mechanical project environments are preferred. Willing to travel for customer visits and business activities across assigned regions, including Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
