Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily Airport Network Services network operations and maintenance activities to ensure service stability and performance. Lead engineers in incident troubleshooting, service restoration, and technical support activities. Serve as the primary escalation point for network, Wi-Fi, firewall, and security-related issues. Review and approve change plans, configurations, implementation procedures, and rollback plans. Coordinate closely with client, SOCC, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage manpower planning, task allocation, shift handovers, and follow-up of outstanding issues. Support maintenance activities, failover drills, disaster recovery exercises, and emergency incidents. Maintain operation procedures, technical documentation, and service records to ensure compliance and knowledge retention. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Huawei switching and routing technologies. Strong troubleshooting experience in enterprise networking environments, including firewalls, wireless networks, and network security. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, 24x7 critical
