Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations to ensure production schedules and targets are met. Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other production resources. Ensure product quality and manufacturing processes comply with company standards and customer requirements. Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and minimize production costs. Enforce compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental regulations, and company policies. Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate production supervisors and employees to improve team performance and operational efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations. Analyze production data, identify operational issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Oversee preventive maintenance activities to ensure machinery and equipment remain in optimal operating condition. Prepare and present operational reports, including production output, quality performance, efficiency, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or other operational excellence programs. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management. Expected Outcomes Production targets are consistently achieved. Products meet established quality standards. Production costs and waste are effectively controlled. On-time delivery performance is maintained. A safe, efficient, and productive working environment is sustained. Continuous improvement initiatives result in measurable operational performance gains.
