UX/UI Designer

About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at ORO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. As a key member of our creative department, You are UX/UI for Web Development & Production. you will play a vital role in creating visually stunning and highly intuitive user experiences for our diverse range of digital products and services. Job Description: Visual Design : Create high-fidelity UI screens, icons, and digital assets following established brand guidelines and design systems. Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas. Design System Maintenance : Assist in building and maintaining our component library (ensuring proper use of Auto Layout, Variants, and Properties). Collaboration : Work closely with Product Managers and Senior Designers to understand user requirements and translate them into functional designs. Developer Handoff : Prepare clean, organized design files and documentation for the engineering team to ensure smooth implementation. User Research Support : Assist in conducting usability testing, competitive audits, and synthesizing user feedback into design improvements. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field. A portfolio showcasing 2-3 case studies that highlight your design process, from initial sketches to final polished UI. Have 3+ years of Experiences as UX/UI Designer, Web Designer or related Good command of English (both written and verbal) and the ability to explain the "why" behind your design choices. Proficiency in Figma is a must. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how web technologies work (Nice to Have) Problem-Solving: Ability to demonstrate a user-centric approach to design challenges.
