Assistant Finance Manager

Accounting & Financial Reporting Manage and oversee full set of accounts for multiple companies, subsidiaries and project SPVs. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including GL, AR, AP, fixed assets and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly management accounts, group consolidation, financial reports and variance analysis . Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Budgeting, Cash Flow & Project Finance Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial projections . Monitor project budgets, development/construction costs, progress claims, collections and project cash flow. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business and project decisions. Banking & Corporate Financing Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Handle and coordinate corporate loan, project financing, bridging loan and banking facility applications . Prepare financial projections, supporting documents and information required by banks. Manage loan drawdowns, repayment schedules, banking facilities and compliance with loan covenants. Support refinancing and other funding exercises where required. Audit, Tax & Compliance Coordinate annual audits for multiple companies and ensure timely completion of audited accounts. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax, SST and statutory requirements. Internal Controls & Team Management Review payments, accounting records and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and proper approval. Develop and improve financial controls, accounting procedures and reporting processes. Supervise and guide Accounts / Finance Executives and review their work. Support improvement and implementation of accounting systems / ERP and financial reporting automation. Corporate & Management Support Support management on JV, restructuring, new SPV setup, investment analysis, financing and other corporate exercises . Assist with financial due diligence, financial modelling and feasibility studies for new projects. Support IPO readiness and corporate exercises where applicable. Perform other finance and accounting assignments as required by management.
