Working Hours 6-Day work 8-hour shift work required (07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 - 23:00 / 23:00 – 07:00) or 12-hour shift work required (07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00) Responsibilities Manage daily control centre operations and monitor carpark facility systems Handle hotline calls, providing immediate responses to carpark customer inquiries and assistance requests Deliver professional and courteous customer service to ensure effective problem resolution Log and follow up on customer cases, escalating to relevant departments when necessary Perform clerical duties and data entry to ensure accurate and complete documentation Work on assigned shifts to maintain uninterrupted service continuity Execute any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements HKDSE / High School graduate or above with a basic understanding of customer service Basic computer literacy with proficiency in standard office software for data entry Good typing skills in both Chinese and English, with clear and efficient communication Fluent Cantonese is required; basic English and Mandarin are preferred Basic knowledge of carpark operations, with at least one year of relevant carpark / call centre experience are preferred A strong sense of service passion and responsibility We will offer attractive compensation package to the right candidates.
