Site Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Manager (Fitting Out)

Sanbase Interior Contracting Limited is a fully integrated corporate interior fit-out specialist focusing on high-end premises within Hong Kong CBDs. We are looking for high-calibre candidates for the following roles to join our team. (1) Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager (2) Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities Site Manager Assist project team in managing and monitoring overall site activities Supervise and monitor safety, quality of work, and progress on-site, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards Attend regular site meetings and site co-ordination work with project team, vendors, sub-trades Handle documentation submissions, including statutory submission, progress reports and Testing & Commissioning reports Manage the performance of all contractors and suppliers Project Manager Responsible for overall project management to ensure the smooth execution of work Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning fully comply with contractual and statutory requirements Coordinate internally with Quantity Surveyors to assist with tender submissions Handle all contractual issues, such as VO claims to clients and contractual claims from clients Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers Requirements Site Manager - Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / construction management, or related disciplines Project Manager – Degree in Building Studies / Engineering / Project Management or related disciplines Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience; exposure to large-scale interior fit-out or A&A projects is an advantage Proven track record in managing fit-out and/or A&A projects Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling technical and site issues independently Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Site Manager / Assistant Project Manager We offer attractive remuneration packages including medical scheme to the successful candidates.
