About the Role We are seeking a versatile, forward-thinking professional to fill our dual Technology Excellence Technical Engineer and Analyst role. This hybrid position bridges business demand and technical implementation, focusing on translating business objectives into feasible technical solutions, optimizing intelligent system applications, and supporting iterative Agile project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams, drive technology transformation initiatives via open-source and cloud-native tools, liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensure all technical deliveries fully align with business strategy, operational needs and compliance standards. Ideal candidates possess solid technical literacy, sharp business analysis acumen, and a proactive learning mindset to keep pace with emerging technologies, with the ability to sort out business pain points, propose technical optimization plans, and present project value and strategic directions to all levels of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis & Requirement Alignment Collect, analyze and sort out business requirements from internal departments and business partners, refine ambiguous business demands into clear, actionable technical requirements and functional specifications. Conduct business process mapping, pain point analysis and optimization design, match intelligent technology solutions with actual business scenarios, and establish standardized requirement documents and process archives. Follow up the whole cycle of requirement landing, verify the matching degree between technical delivery results and business expectations, and continuously iterate and optimize solutions based on business feedback. 2. Agile Project Coordination & Delivery Management Support Agile project operation and serve as a key coordinator for cross-functional teams including development, QA and business teams. Assist in organizing daily Agile ceremonies, sorting and maintaining project backlogs via Jira/Confluence, tracking project progress, identifying potential delivery risks in advance, and coordinating resource allocation to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery. Responsible for communicating project progress, adjusting demand priorities and solving cross-departmental collaboration problems. 3. Intelligent Technology Application & Solution Enablement Assist in the design, deployment and optimization of scalable intelligent systems including business automation, predictive data analysis and cloud operation pipelines, leveraging mainstream open-source tools such as Kubernetes, Dify and n8n. Focus on business scenario-oriented technology landing, ensure the stability, security and compliance of systems in daily operation, and optimize technical solutions to improve business operational efficiency and reduce operational costs. 4. Vendor Liaison & Business Value Evaluation Participate in vendor selection, technical docking and procurement management work. Assist in compiling business case documents, conducting project ROI analysis and cost-benefit assessment, and supporting the completion of RFP process and vendor performance evaluation. Align vendor technical services and product capabilities with long-term business development goals to ensure external resource investment brings practical business value. 5. BAU Support & Compliance Governance Undertake daily business system operation support work, timely troubleshoot system operation anomalies and business process blockages, and put forward targeted optimization and upgrade suggestions. Familiar with internal management policies and industry regulatory standards, ensure all business processes and technical implementations comply with compliance requirements, and assist in completing internal and external compliance audits and daily governance work. 6. Technology Innovation Research & Knowledge Empowerment Track emerging technology trends including generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI, conduct scenario-based feasibility research and small-scale tool piloting combined with business pain points. Sort out technology application experience and business best practices, carry out internal sharing and workshop training, build team knowledge base, and promote the popularization and iterative application of excellent technologies in business scenarios. 7. Stakeholder Communication & Strategic Presentation Sort out project roadmaps, business value and phased progress results, and conduct regular report presentations to senior management and business stakeholders. Translate professional technical information into intuitive business narratives, clearly explain the strategic significance, business benefits and optimization space of technology transformation projects, and assist decision-makers in formulating follow-up development plans.
