Responsibilities: 1) Mobile App & User Acquisition Strategy: Lead strategies to increase app downloads, active usage, and customer engagement. Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, partnerships) to grow the app user base. Define and drive the mobile app innovation agenda and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user acquisition and engagement goals. Design personalized user journeys to enhance experience and boost conversion rates. 2) App Store Optimization (ASO) & Market Intelligence: Manage ASO strategies to improve app visibility and organic downloads. Track app store trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities. Continuously refine strategies to maximize conversion rates and rankings. 3) Campaign & Performance Management: Plan and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams from briefing to execution, ensuring strong propositions and impactful initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies in real time, and deliver comprehensive reporting and insights. Deliver comprehensive performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns, utilizing insights to optimize strategies and drive user acquisition and engagement Evaluate the effectiveness of app marketing initiatives using analytics and attribution tools. 4) E-commerce Integration Support initiatives to drive synergy between the Mobile App and Online Store, enhancing customer penetration and sales. Formulate strategies to leverage app features for cross-channel engagement. Requirements: Degree holder with 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on mobile app marketing and user acquisition. Proven track record in driving app downloads, engagement, and B2C sales through mobile platforms. Hands-on experience with app tracking platforms, Google Analytics (mandatory), and familiarity with Cognos/Tableau (preferred). Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Resourceful, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability will be an advantage.
