My client, a sizable MNC Logistic/Forwarder company, is now looking for a outstanding talent: Business Development Manager (Air &Sea Freight/3PL) – (30K - 50K + C) (top urgent) Requirements: Degree holder or above Over 3 years relevant experience in business development or field sales in Logistic/Forwarder/Contract Logistics/3PL industry Has contract logistics/3PL, air freight/sea freight direct client base is must Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and client needs. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Manage commercial contracts, tenders & business negotiation to achieve sales KPI Timely register sales opportunities in CRM to maintain an updated customer database and track progress of sales pipeline.
