Key Responsibilities Procurement * Source local and overseas suppliers for motorcycle parts and materials * Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreements * Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure on-time delivery * Monitor supplier performance (Quality, Cost & Delivery) * Work closely with Engineering and Production teams * Support procurement cost-saving initiatives Logistics * Coordinate import/export shipments and customs clearance * Manage logistics providers and transportation * Track shipments and resolve delivery issues * Ensure compliance with import/export regulations Inventory & Planning * Support inventory control and material planning * Maintain optimal stock levels * Assist demand forecasting based on production plans Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Logistics within Manufacturing or Automotive is preferred * Fresh Graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply * Knowledge of motorcycle or mechanical parts is an advantage * Experience in Import/Export processes is a plus * Good negotiation and supplier management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) * Good command of English * Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
