Key Responsibilities Needs-Based Advisory: Engage with prospective and existing clients through guided conversations to evaluate their financial protection, medical, and long-term savings goals. Shariah Solutions Presentation: Explain and recommend suitable family Takaful products and plans aligned with Shariah principles. Business Discipline & Growth: Build professional routines through consistent client activations, networking, and monthly case submissions. Client Portfolio Management: Manage end-to-end client servicing, documentation processing, and ongoing policy reviews independently. Academy Development: Actively participate in AIA Elite Academy’s structured training modules, coaching workshops, and mentorship syncs to sharpen your skills. Job Requirements Age: 18 and above. Education: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage). Experience: Fresh graduates, or career switchers without prior insurance/takaful experience are strongly encouraged to apply (comprehensive training is provided).
