Job Summary Responsible for supporting and executing marketing campaigns, brand promotion, digital marketing, events, and tenant engagement activities. The role requires strong hands-on skills in video editing, poster design, and marketing content creation to enhance brand awareness and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events. Manage and update social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA, and other digital channels. Create and edit short-form videos, promotional videos, Reels, and other video content for social media and marketing campaigns. Design posters, social media artwork, event materials, banners, and other marketing materials. Develop marketing content and support the preparation of promotional and communication materials. Support tenant engagement activities, community events, and joint promotional campaigns with tenants and business partners. Coordinate with agencies, KOLs, influencers, designers, suppliers, and other external partners. Support event preparation and on-site execution to ensure activities run smoothly. Monitor market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and campaign performance. Prepare marketing reports and assist with budget, PR/PO, payment documents, and vendor coordination. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing activities are completed on time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Public Relations, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong marketing, content creation, design, or event experience may also be considered. Hands-on experience in video editing and poster/marketing artwork design is required. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other video editing and graphic design tools is required. Familiar with social media platforms and able to create engaging visual and video content. Experience in commercial property, shopping malls, office buildings, retail, hospitality, lifestyle brands, or event marketing is an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Good command of English is required. Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
