•Develop and implement the Annual Training Plan in alignment with the Training Needs Analysis and each department's Skills Matrix. •Coordinate with internal departments and external trainers/institutes to arrange both in-house and public training courses. •Prepare training materials, handouts, pre-test/post-test assessments, and training venue arrangements. •Record and maintain employee training records, and keep the Training Roadmap / OJT program up to date. •Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness based on the Kirkpatrick Model. •Prepare summary reports on training results, expenses, and training budget for submission to the supervisor. •Support the organization of New Employee Orientation and related foundation courses. •Prepare training-related documents and records to support IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 internal and external audits. •Support other HRD development activities such as Ho-Ren-So, Kaizen, Why-Why Analysis, and other assigned development programs. •Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
