Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Qualifications Education Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Essential 2-4 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or a Shared Services environment Strong working knowledge of HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms Strong data entry and data management skills with excellent attention to detail Experience producing reports using Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Preferred Experience supporting HR technology platforms or HR service management tools Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle Experience supporting HR transformation or automation initiatives Understanding of data privacy regulations and HR compliance requirements Experience within a law firm, professional services partnership, or a shared services environment supporting a complex global organization Experience working with international stakeholders, particularly UK-based teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup, and evolving environment Personal Attributes Highly organized and process-driven Curious about technology and process improvement Analytical and detail-oriented Proactive and self-motivated Collaborative team player Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment Committed to delivering an outstanding employee experience Responsibilities HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support Process joiner, mover, and leaver administration activities in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs) Prepare employment-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, salary change letters, promotion letters, and other employee correspondence Issue reference letters, employment verification letters, and other employment-related documentation in accordance with company policies and service level agreements Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and supporting systems Administer probation reviews, contract changes, and employee status updates Monitor HR inboxes and case management systems, responding to employee and manager inquiries or escalating issues as appropriate Store and maintain documentation in accordance with data privacy and record retention requirements Support HR audits and compliance activities by providing accurate data and documentation HR Systems Administration Perform routine HRIS transactions and updates while ensuring data accuracy and completeness Conduct regular data quality reviews and resolve inconsistencies within HR systems Reporting & Data Management Produce HR metrics and reports covering headcount, attrition, recruitment activity, absence, diversity, and HR service volumes Analyze and maintain HR reporting data to support accurate workforce insights and business decision-making Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve service delivery Support HR Operations and HR Technology initiatives as required Maintain the confidentiality of company and client information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and company policies Success Measures Deliver outstanding accuracy in HR data and documentation Process employee lifecycle transactions within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) Maintain a highly responsive HR service with strong stakeholder satisfaction Produce accurate and timely HR reports and dashboards Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes, systems, and data quality Demonstrate confidentiality, compliance, and attention to detail while contributing to an outstanding employee experience About the Client Our client is one of the world's leading international law firms, trusted by global financial institutions, multinational corporations, investment funds, and high-profile businesses to navigate complex legal and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions.
