Reporting to: Head of Injectable Aesthetics Job summary: · The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the IA Business Unit, driving sustainable growth across the existing portfolio and new product launches, while attracting new customers and strengthening engagement with existing customers. Job descriptions: Business & Brand Ownership - Lead and manage commercial forecast and VM in collaboration with cross-functional team - Responsible for initiating and developing short and long-term brand portfolio strategy and campaign by identifying value proposition of the product and exploring the market opportunity - Responsible for the development of operation plans including tactics aligned with strategies to establish a strong positioning of brand portfolios in HK and achieve sales value, sales unit, and sales market shares’ growth objectives. - Lead launch readiness of new products in collaboration with cross functional team - Optimizes channel/promotional mix for brand portfolios through appropriate resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs - Collaborates sales team and all relevant counterparts and interacts with all customer groups to identify potential insights, competitor status and market access issues - Communicates all relevant information regarding customer, products, trends, success stories and competitive activities etc. - Supporting monitoring & proposing improvement plans for brand performance - Mange and effectively coach marketing staff based on Galderma 4 commitments Key duties and responsibilities: - Strategic planning & operation: MRP, ABP, VM, Marketing operating plan, POA, segmentation & targeting, S&OP, etc. - Driving cross-selling and IDS model in collaboration with cross-functional team and other BUs - Brand campaign online/off-line digital marketing campaign, brand material development & roll-out - Commercialization of new products: Understand the role of regulatory, health economics, sales and marketing in the new product development process - Develop system/process for KOL/Key customer management - Lead Segmentation and targeting - Manage effective agency partnerships - Monitors business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and takes corrective action as required to meet business objectives - Understanding and alignment to relevant laws, guideline internally & externally - Ensures appropriate training and development of sales team - Communicates all relevant information regarding customer, products, trends, success stories and competitive activities etc. - Effective cross-functional leadership with sales team, all relevant counterparts and 3rd party agencies General requirements: Experience/Competencies: - Prefer at least over 10 years of sales & marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry or medical device - Strategic thinking, judgmental and influencing skills, to develop and implement strategies - Strong leadership attributes to generate commitment and constructively resolve issues - Proven experience and knowledge of a broad base of external customers including patients, prescribers, payors, providers collaboration partners. - Excellent project management - Ability to influence key stakeholders effectively in the absence of organisational authority. - Experience and knowledge of a broad base of external customers including patients, prescribers, payors, and providers. - Excellent collaboration with cross functional team - Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills - English communication available (writing and verbal) - MS office skills: Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook Education/knowledge: - Bachelor`s degree or above - Excellent knowledge in pharmaceutical/cosmetic/aesthetics regulation & registration - Understanding of core marketing principles - Understanding of the marketing process within Galderma - Understanding of the relevant science, to enable effective collaboration with cross functional team on key strategic issues. - Thorough understanding of the development process and necessary commercial touch points - Understanding of general business and core marketing principles and application to future aesthetic market challenges
