Client is an established global branding, retail packaging, and visual printing solutions provider, supplying leading multinational brands across worldwide retail, apparel, and manufacturing supply chains. Position Summary This position will support the oversight and operational execution of international production facilities and satellite supply hubs across key emerging manufacturing markets (including Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the EMEA region). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with executive leadership to streamline day-to-day operational, administrative, and production workflows across international factory locations and overseas hubs. Supervise cross-border material planning, inventory allocation, and production scheduling to meet regional delivery timelines. Lead international procurement and purchasing activities, evaluating vendor performance and raw material sourcing for offshore units. Monitor compliance documentation, audit records, quality certifications, and KPIs across all international production sites. Work in close coordination with Greater China operational hubs and regional logistics teams to optimize cross-border supply chain operations. Qualifications & Experience Higher Diploma or University Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in operations or supply chain management, with at least 1 year directly within a manufacturing environment. Prior experience within the specialized printing, paper packaging, labeling, or trim manufacturing sectors is highly advantageous. Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/production tracking software.
