Management Associate

The duties of the Management Associate include, but not limited to, the following: Job description: Carrying out day-to-day tasks equivalent to an Executive level; Conducting research (including data analytics) and providing recommendations; to support initiatives that the company aspires to pursue; Providing opportunities for the Trainee to attend internal and external meetings; and presentations (where possible). Additionally, providing opportunities for the; Trainee to present their views where possible; Developing proposals and recommendations on ideas, products, new services, or findings; Rotation to different role and functions; To undertake any assignments as and when instructed by the superior and/ or the management. Requirement: Eligibility Criteria: Arts Stream graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.80 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two (2) years of working experience Preferred Attributes: Active involvement in co-curricular activities Experience as a student leader or office bearer will be an added advantage Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, tenacity, and a positive attitude Possesses a high level of Emotional Quotient (EQ) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further assessment.
