An artificial flowers & plants export manufacturing and trading company located in Kwai Chung is looking for: Manage client accounts and proactively work with our international customers from requirements capture to fulfillments; . Respond expertly to the need and requests of our customers throughout the wholesales merchandising process, e.g., from sampling and contract negotiation, through order placement and dulk production, to final delivery: . Liaise closely with customers, supplisers, and internal teams to drive forward the production and achieve the quantity and quality, resolving promptly any issues, and meeting delivery schedules; . Negotiate the optimal price and timeline with clients, sourcing agents, and supply chain partners; . Develop a new client base and build relationships for the long-term growth and performance of the company with demonstratable measures, such as the sales target and other performance indicators; . Keep informed of the latest industry news and analyze market trends to continually develop new product ideas and business initiatives, and maintain the market leadership of the company; and . Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects. Requirements: A minimum of three years of solid experience in account servicing field in the artificial flowers & plants manufacturing and trading industry, Experience in related industries may also be considered. . Familiarity with the U.S. market; . Experience in building and maintaining a strong international client base, such as hotels, retail chains, and home décor retailers; . Bachelor's degree . Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both orally and in writing ; . Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ; . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, whether in person, by phone, or over a video meeting; . Great problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills; . An effective, result-oriented, and flexible team player; . A sales professional who takes pride in delivering customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships; . Attention to details, with a bias for action; and . Willingness to travel to Mainland China, for example, to meet with suppliers and customer representatives. The role involves working five days a week and alternate Saturdays.
