We operate with a data-driven, centralized production model and expand through flagship, pop-up, and franchise formats across Thailand, Malaysia, and beyond . Role & Responsibilities: Content Development: Create compelling written and visual content that aligns with brands voice and supports our marketing objectives. Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers to develop eye-catching graphics, photos, and short videos that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our audience. Team Collaboration: Support daily marketing activities and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings. Data & Performance Analysis: Use basic analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite) to evaluate content performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements based on data. Qualifications: Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in content creation and social media management, with a portfolio required. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Creative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work under deadlines and accept constructive feedback.
