Business Development Section Manager

Requirements and Qualifications Job scope : - Lead Business development section in developing NPD product planning, design, market analysis to achieve company's business objective. - Lead the full lifecycle of multiple new products (NPD) and renewals including strategy as the category owner for both Regional and Thai market. - Proactively lead negotiations and project alignment with key regional stakeholders, including factory, Regional HQ, and Overseas Sales Offices. - With accuracy, analyze the information in big picture as well as in details and indicate project's direction with the rationale. - Ensure on-time delivery by tracking the entire operational process across internal and external cross-functional teams. - Propose, discuss, or negotiate with multiple customers globally with rationale about NPD/renewals. - Responsible for cost simulation with financial rationale from cost as well as from market trend standpoint. - Conduct market research on potential products throughout from planning, market analysis, cost & pricing analysis, until the outcome delivery. - Develop and enhance the organization's capability and capacity including supervise junior staff by managing project assignments, conducting onboarding sessions, and providing On-the-Job Training (OJT). - Lead routine team check-ins, conduct performance reviews, prioritize dynamic workloads, and deliver concise progress updates to executive management. - Manage day-to-day section operations and execute ad-hoc strategic initiatives as requested by executive leadership. - Manage and control the Business Development budget effectively. - Executive Support: Execute ad-hoc strategic assignments as requested by senior leadership. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Qualifications & Requirements : - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 8-10+ years in New product Development, Product Management, Brand Management, or Marketing (experience in the FMCG sector is highly preferred). - Business-level English proficiency with exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills across multiple channels (face-to-face, virtual meetings, global stakeholders). - Skilled in "in-touch" communication across various channels, including face-to-face, online meetings, and calls with diverse stakeholders. - Strong leadership with a focus on time management, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize multi-tasked projects. - Strong capability in big-picture strategic thinking alongside high analytical accuracy for operational details. - High flexibility with an innate ability to anticipate business needs, adapt to changes, and solve problems proactively. - Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role with a strong ability to prioritize and drive multi-task projects. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Preferable personality : - Owner's mindset, and passion for high performance are key to succeeding in this role. - A focus on working through challenges with an accomplishment-driven mindset. - A growth mindset dedicated to spotting and maximizing new market opportunities. - Ability to work independently while remaining highly engaged and interactive within cross-functional teams. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Work location : BKK office (2 Minutes walk from BTS PhromPhong) Working time : Monday - Friday ( 8.00-17.00 hrs.)
