Primary Responsibilities S-Curve Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to transition the company from traditional utility models to high-growth, technology-driven energy and water sectors. Technology Commercialization: Scout, vet, and secure proprietary access to emerging technologies in renewable energy (e.g., green hydrogen, BESS, micro-grids, CCUS, SMR) and water conservation (e.g., industrial wastewater circularity, advanced desalination, and replenishment tech). Venture Development & Piloting: Oversee the lifecycle of new business ventures from initial Proof of Concept (PoC) to full-scale commercial deployment. He/She will be responsible for the "go/no-go" frameworks that ensure capital is deployed efficiently. Ecosystem Partnerships: Build and manage a high-value network of technology startups, venture capital partners, and academic institutions to maintain a first-mover advantage. Environmental Stewardship: Integrate "Water Neutrality" and "Net Zero" targets into the core business model, ensuring that sustainability is a driver of profitability rather than a cost center. Qualifications: Education : MBA or Advanced Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Environmental Science. Experience : 7+ years of progressive leadership in Energy, Utilities, or Deep-tech Venture Building. Commercial Acumen : Demonstrated experience in management, financial modeling, and scaling "zero-to-one" business units. Technical Breadth : Deep understanding of the global energy transition, grid modernization, and the Circular Water Economy. Leadership : Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and external investment boards.
