Client Services Executive (eCommerce)

Position Overview: As a Client Services Executive at ESDlife, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, and building strong customer relationships through outbound and inbound calls. If you are a persuasive communicator who enjoys achieving targets and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Introduce and promote company products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in healthcare. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
