We are looking for a passionate Project Assistant in Cosmetics Beauty OEM & ODM, who is eager to grow in the cosmetics manufacturing industry. This role will be high demanding as we are dealing with the biggest foreign beauty brands and will require role to follow up closely to client’s request and factory coordination. This role will be shadowing in assisting senior sales executive team and reporting directly to our Key Account Manager Responsibilities: Assist Key Account Executive with daily Business initiatives Support project administrative work Follow up with customers, factory and suppliers to execute product development Work closely with project team and factory to facilitate development processes Monitor development of new products and sampling Monitor production status, order shipment with factory and shipping department Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree holder discipline is mostly preferred At least 2 years in FMCG related trading and distribution experience with strong manufacturing background will be an advantage Hong Kong citizen without to need to apply for work permit Entry level Graduates with the passion in cosmetics & beauty industry will be considered Passionate about beauty products within the US and European market Good understanding and knowledgeable experience on export marketing Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must Self-motivated, well organized and independent Self-sufficient learning and growth mind driven Travel to China is a must
