Junior Product Technical Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Junior Product Technical Specialist to support product development projects for international beauty brands. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to provide technical solutions and ensure products meet customer requirements. This position reports directly to the Product Technical Manager. Responsibilities: · Provide technical support and recommendations to sales teams and customers on formulations, testing requirements, efficacy claims, and product feasibility. · Coordinate formulation inquiries and sample development with customers, sales teams, and R&D through the company system. · Evaluate customers’ technical and product requirements, assess formulation feasibility, and work with R&D to develop suitable solutions. · Support customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and proposal preparation for existing and potential customers. · Provide technical and regulatory guidance to help customers achieve their product positioning, performance, and compliance objectives. Requirements: · University degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science, Applied Science, or related disciplines. · 1-3 years of experience in cosmetics, testing laboratory, pharmaceutical, personal care, or related industries. Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are also welcome to apply. · Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. · Project coordination or project management experience is an advantage. · Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Self-motivated, detail-minded, and a good team player.
