Job Roles: Responsible for shopping centre’s marketing communication (both online & offline) Assist team to develop Marketing Communication plan and strategy including of execution process with the consideration of customers, tenants, and their requirement to reach target audience while using internal & external media as a tool to support all contributor with a good image and reputation that address to our positioning. Creating and managing content (design & production) for a variety of channels both offline & online including in-mall media, digital, social media, and others. Leads and be a representative of Branding Quality Assurance to keep integrity of each Brand identity to control overall strategic Branding, Storytelling and key selling message of each Manage marcom agency to achieve communication objectives that reflect and benefit to shopping center and experience to shoppers. Plan and manage media buying processes including identifying or maximizing strong market opportunities with digital and retail marketing. Work closely with advertising & creative agencies, material & technology specifications and suppliers to create new innovations for marketing department. Manage and work closely with printing supplier to achieve the deliverables within time plan. Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts and making recommendations for improvements both online to offline platform. Communicate in advance to intra department as well as internal department for timeline of communication, so they can effectively use information for their purpose. Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration with concentration on marketing, management, Communication art. 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communication field Proficient in English Communication Skilled in develops marketing communication strategies for maximum efficiency. Monthly performance analysis and presentation to senior management. Strong interpersonal skills
