Location : Rojana Nongyai Industrial Estate in Chonburi (Transportation Provide) Job Responsibility: Supervise and manage daily outbound warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and OTIF targets. Plan and prioritize daily outbound workload based on order volume, shipping schedules, and customer requirements. Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipment execution. Monitor warehouse KPIs such as Order Accuracy, OTIF, Picking Productivity, Packing Productivity, Shipping Accuracy, and Dispatch Performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Utilize NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage outbound transactions, inventory movement, shipping documentation, and operational reporting. Ensure inventory accuracy during picking, packing, and shipping processes while minimizing stock discrepancies and shipment errors. Lead warehouse process improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies to improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency. Develop, maintain, and enforce warehouse SOPs, work instructions, and operational standards to ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates by providing training, performance feedback, and continuous development opportunities. Support warehouse expansion, system implementation, and operational improvement projects as assigned. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and food safety requirements where applicable. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role leading outbound warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse processes, including order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and transportation coordination. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Strong analytical skills with experience in operational reporting, KPI analysis, and performance improvement. An advantage advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP; Power Query is an advantage). Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities and tight delivery schedules. Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. High sense of ownership, accountability, and results-oriented mindset.
