Software Tester (Game Testing, Quality Verification) Location: Menara Exchange 106, Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,300 (based on qualification & education) + statutory contributions & leave entitlement Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site) Industry: Video Game Development (Post-Release Support) Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance) What You’ll Do: Conduct various types of testing: functionality, regression, gameplay balance, usability, performance, and exploratory testing Develop & execute test cases based on game design documents Report and track defects using JIRA and other test management tools Communicate test results, defect statuses, and progress effectively Contribute to testing plans, strategies, and quality assurance processes Provide valuable feedback for improving game quality & player experience What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Fluent in English (listening, speaking, and writing) Proficient in MS Office & collaboration tools (JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, Slack) Passionate hardcore gamer with an interest in game development Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a team Bonus: Experience in game/software testing or coded test automation is an advantage Bonus: Football gaming expertise is a huge plus!
