Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional alignment between internal teams and external vendors for the HR system rollout, providing structured status updates and strategic recommendations to project managers and executives. Map legacy HCM processes and data structures (hire-to-retire lifecycle, time/leave tracking, payroll-critical fields) to define operational workflows in the new platform. Oversee data audit, cleansing, mapping verification, and post-migration validation to ensure accurate data transfer across systems. Facilitate unit, system, and integration test cycles—focusing on complex payroll and cross-platform workflows—while managing issue tracking and resolution with vendors. Verify functional performance across key integrations, including finance systems, access control, and third-party payroll engines. Partner with IT and vendors to execute go-live strategies, managing blackout windows, parallel payroll runs, initial production cycles, and contingency rollback plans. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field, alongside at least 3 years of hands-on HRIS experience (modern HCM transformation experience preferred). In-depth knowledge of complex payroll ecosystems, compliance standards, data migration techniques, and system-to-system integrations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation, audit templates, and reporting. Outstanding organization, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of managing multi-threaded issues and translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
