We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our Digital Door Lock, Smart Access Solutions, and Door Accessories business. If you are passionate about project sales, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and are excited to explore innovative products from overseas, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand project sales in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors. Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and business partners. Manage the entire sales process, from project identification and quotation to order closing and project delivery. Conduct product presentations and provide suitable solutions to customers. Identify new market opportunities and analyze competitor activities. Research and recommend innovative products and overseas suppliers for potential distribution in Thailand. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Project Sales or B2B Sales. Experience in Digital Door Lock, Door Hardware, Building Materials, Smart Home, Security Systems, or Architectural Products is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is an advantage. Able to travel domestically and overseas when required.
