Sous-Chef – Pre-Opening Team Soi Sukhumvit 31, Bangkok We are looking for a good, hard-working, and passionate Sous-Chef to help build the kitchen for a new all-day brunch restaurant opening in November on Soi Sukhumvit 31 in Bangkok You will join before we open to help set up the kitchen then you will work as a normal Sous-Chef after opening Before Opening Help set up the kitchen and how it will work Work with the Owner on the menu and recipes Help test dishes and set the standard for every plate Help hire and train the kitchen team Help set up stock and supplier systems After Opening Be in charge of the kitchen during service Open and close the kitchen Make sure every dish looks and tastes the same every time Lead and train the kitchen team Keep track of stock, costs, and suppliers Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organised About You at least 4y of experience International food knowledge is a plus Calm and reliable when it gets busy Good team player who leads by example Ready to help build a new kitchen from the start, some things may change fast in the beginning Fluent in Thai, good English is a plus
