International Coach for Torq Sports Badminton Academy (English-speaking)

About the role We are seeking an experienced, English-speaking International Coach to join our thriving Torq Sports Badminton Academy in Hong Kong. As a full-time member of our coaching team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality badminton coaching and training to players of all ages and abilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and success of our academy and our athletes. What you'll be doing Delivering group and individual badminton coaching sessions to players of all ages and skill levels Designing and implementing structured training programmes to help players improve their technical, tactical, physical and mental badminton skills Assisting with the planning and delivery of badminton camps, clinics and tournaments Providing feedback, guidance and encouragement to players to support their continued progress and development Collaborating with other coaches to ensure a consistent and effective approach across the academy Actively participating in coach development initiatives to enhance your own coaching skills and knowledge What we're looking for Extensive experience as a badminton coach, preferably with a proven track record of working with players of all ages and abilities and proper coaching certification A passion for badminton and a commitment to helping athletes reach their full potential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players Strong technical knowledge of badminton, including the latest coaching methodologies and best practices A recognised international coaching qualification or certification, such as Badminton World Federation (BWF) or equivalent Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with players, parents and other stakeholders A flexible and adaptable approach, with the willingness to work evenings and weekends as required What we offer At Torq Sports International Limited, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
