Site Expansion Officer (Money Exchange)

Job Summary Responsible for supporting business growth through identifying new branch locations, evaluating expansion opportunities, coordinating branch opening activities, and developing partnerships that contribute to the growth of the money exchange business. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential locations for new branches. Conduct market research, site surveys, and feasibility assessments. Coordinate with landlords, property agents, shopping malls, and relevant stakeholders. Support lease negotiations and branch setup activities. Manage branch opening timelines and coordinate with internal and external parties. Identify partnership opportunities to drive customer acquisition and business growth. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management. Support other business development and expansion projects as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, management, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, expansion, site acquisition, leasing, retail operations, banking, or related fields. Experience in branch expansion, retail site selection, or commercial leasing is preferred. Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills. Able to manage multiple projects and timelines. Proficient in Microsoft office, especially excel and PowerPoint. Eble to communicate effectively in English.
