About Us MeasureUp has been operating for over 15 years, delivering mobile diagnostic imaging services across Australia through our purpose-built “Bone Buses.” Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Support (Floating) Technician to join our team, based in Brisbane. You’ll Love This Role If You: Believe bone health is important and value the opportunity to support older Australians. Are warm, compassionate, patient, and personable. Are comfortable driving a motorhome and willing to assist with basic vehicle upkeep (training provided). Enjoy working in new environments, meeting different people, and travelling regularly. Take initiative and proactively solve problems. Are flexible and willing to travel, with approximately 80–90% of the role involving being away from home (Monday to Friday; all expenses covered). Enjoy traveling throughout Australia, including rural and regional areas. Hold a full, unrestricted driver’s licence (no provisional licences). Have completed a degree in a health or science-related field (e.g. Health Science, Medical Science, Biomedical Science). Key Responsibilities: Operate DEXA equipment to perform bone density scans, primarily for patients aged 70+. Travel extensively within Queensland and interstate as required. Work collaboratively with other technicians or provide coverage across various locations. Perform administrative duties including data entry, patient processing, and Medicare claims. Assist with general maintenance of Bone Buses and imaging equipment. Maintain high standards of communication, organisation, and time management.
