Job Objective Responsible for initiating and establishing the corporate brand identity from the ground up, as well as managing the brand image of the hospital and its specialized medical centers to ensure a strong, cohesive, and unified presence. Drive brand awareness, credibility, and market differentiation by streamlining the brand identity across all touchpoints. Collaborate closely with Marketing, HR, and Executive Management to champion brand values and support overall organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning: Plan and develop corporate brand strategies that align with business objectives. Define brand positioning, brand direction, and key messaging for each medical center. Oversee brand image and communications across all online and offline channels to ensure long-term brand recall, trust, and market differentiation. Campaign & Marketing Communication: Co-plan and develop branding campaigns, corporate events, CSR initiatives, and comprehensive communication plans in collaboration with the Marketing team. Supervise the quality of marketing communications—including artwork, content, video, PR, social media, and in-hospital media—to ensure strict adherence to brand standards, consistent tone of voice, and a unified brand identity across all communications. Brand Experience Management: Enhance customer and brand experiences to reflect the organization's image and standards. Oversee all brand touchpoints, including the website, social media, signage, events, as well as the atmosphere within the hospital and its medical centers. Coordinate with the service team and relevant departments to elevate patient experiences, fostering long-term brand impression and loyalty. Reputation & Review Management: Establish a proactive system in collaboration with relevant teams to track and monitor patient feedback across digital platforms (Social Monitoring). Manage positive reviews and formulate communication strategies for crisis management (Crisis Communications) to safeguard the hospital's reputation and credibility over the long term. Employer Branding & HR Alignment: Partner with the Human Resources (HR) department to translate corporate core values into a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Communicate the workplace culture in a way that reflects warmth, modernity, and dynamic energy to position the organization as an employer of choice. Support employer branding and corporate branding initiatives, while driving internal branding efforts to instill core values among employees at all levels, empowering them to effectively serve as proud Brand Ambassadors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in Brand Management, Corporate Communications, or Employer Branding. (Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Hospital sectors, or creative agencies is a strong plus). Outstanding storytelling, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration. A growth mindset with a "can-do" attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and building structures from scratch.
