IT Project Manager & Deployment Lead

Job Responsibilities: • Lead the Deployment Lifecycle: Work side-by-side with Development and DevOps teams to orchestrate smooth, reliable application deployments. Ensure release schedules align with business goals and quality standards. • Drive AI & Automation Projects: Take complete ownership of our internal AI roadmap. Lead the delivery of innovative tools like IT Helpdesk Chatbots and ITSM automation systems. • Manage End-to-End Delivery: Build and maintain clear, actionable project plans. Manage resources, timelines, budgets, and technical dependencies from kickoff to go-live. • Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical challenges into simple updates for business leaders. Run effective progress meetings, secure necessary approvals, and keep all stakeholders aligned. • Guide Vendor Relations: Manage the technical vendor selection process from start to finish—including evaluation, scoring, scope definition, and contract negotiation. Knowledge, Skills, and Competency: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field. • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical PM, Delivery Lead, or Release Manager, working directly with Software Engineering and DevOps teams. • Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles (SDLC), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment strategies. • AI/Automation Mindset: Proven interest or hands-on experience in delivering AI-driven solutions, workflow automation, or chatbot integrations. • Agile Expertise: Highly experienced in Agile project management methodologies and tools. • Communication: Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) with the ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly.
