Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly payroll data and verifying employee information. Support attendance, overtime, leave, and claims reconciliation. Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system. Assist with statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and payroll documentation. Prepare payroll reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documents. Ensure payroll records are accurate, complete, and kept confidential. Assist in responding to employee payroll-related enquiries. Support HR administrative tasks and filing. Participate in payroll improvement projects and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP is an advantage). Strong numerical and analytical skills. High attention to detail with good organizational skills. Able to maintain confidentiality when handling payroll information. Good communication skills Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
