Restaurant Supervisor – Pre-Opening Team Soi Sukhumvit 31, Bangkok We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for a new all-day brunch restaurant opening in November on Soi Sukhumvit 31 in Bangkok. You will join before we open to help set up the restaurant then you will work as a normal Restaurant Supervisor after opening Before Opening Help set up how service will work Help setup the POS system with menu info Help train the new team Help build the team schedule After Opening Supervise the floor during service, opening and closing Lead and support the service team Handle guest questions and problems Help with team schedule and performance Report to the Restaurant Manager About You At least 2 years experience in restaurant service 1 year as supervisor is a plus Fluent in Thai, Comfortable in English CV in English Ready to help build a new restaurant from the start, some things may change fast in the beginning Good with people, organized, hands-on 6d / week 25,000 THB / month + Service Charge
