Resource Development Executive (Event)

Job Purpose: The role involves collaborating with internal and external parties to execute marketing and fundraising events/campaigns for individual and corporate donors, as well as assisting with the team's daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist to implement the online and offline fundraising campaigns in order to achieve the team’s fundraising goal from individual and corporate donors. Assist in writing promotional materials for fundraising activities. Support the production of publicity materials, including graphic design and video production. Establish communication and maintain relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and timely deliverables. Coordinate and provide support for event planning and execution, including venue booking, logistic arrangement, volunteer management, quotation sourcing and handling. Provide administrative support for the daily operations and management of the team. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder in related discipline, preferable in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or Journalism of HKCEE/ HKDSE (5 subjects passes, including English & Chinese) equivalent or above. Minimum 1 year relevant working experience (University graduates with less experience will be considered). Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro are preferable. Good team player with mature interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated with sense of responsibility, independent, and able to work under pressure. Good command of English and Chinese, both written and oral. Good multitasking and communication skills.
