COO Location: Shenzhen / Hong Kong Reports to: CEO & Board of Directors Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Execution & Overall Business Management Translate global strategies approved by the Board and CEO into annual business targets and growth roadmaps for domestic and international operations, take end-to-end ownership of group operational efficiency, project delivery and financial performance. Establish structured KPI tracking, regular business review and closed-loop management systems to ensure strategic targets are fully decomposed, implemented and delivered on schedule. 2. Centralised Back-office & Functional Governance Fully administer core middle-office functions including supply chain, procurement, warehousing & logistics, quality control, HR, admin, finance compliance and process optimisation. Design standardised, digitalised corporate operating rules to streamline internal workflows, support rapid business scaling and satisfy pre-listing compliance requirements. 3. Global Supply Chain Development & Delivery Control Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, supplier lifecycle management, cost optimisation, production-demand alignment and worldwide logistics deployment. Collaborate with overseas regional divisions to fulfil UK & Hong Kong market demands, improve inventory turnover and delivery reliability, and lay a solid supply foundation for continuous overseas market expansion. 4. Organisational Development, Team Building & Process Restructuring Build up headquarters senior management teams and talent pipelines alongside performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms. Restructure inefficient cross-department workflows, resolve operational bottlenecks and internal frictions, and construct a high-performance organisation tailored for cross-border brand expansion. 5. Overseas Business Support & Cross-regional Collaboration Partner closely with overseas CEO as well as international branding, social media, field marketing and digital marketing teams; unify internal & external cooperation standards and provide full backend support covering product supply, raw materials, compliance and resource allocation to facilitate overseas brand building, campaign execution and revenue growth. 6. Pre-IPO Standardisation & Compliance System Construction Drive full operational standardisation of business procedures, financial specifications and internal control frameworks, optimise corporate governance and risk management systems to meet regulatory listing requirements and accelerate the Group’s IPO progress. 7. Enterprise-wide Risk Management & Cost Improvement Monitor operational, supply chain, compliance and cost risks across the business; implement pre-warning, in-process control and post-review mechanisms. Deliver continuous cost reduction and lean management initiatives to lift overall profitability and operational quality. 8. Major Corporate Programme Governance Lead enterprise-level key initiatives including organisational transformation, resource consolidation and M&A synergy integration, facilitate cross-department and cross-border coordination to advance critical corporate milestones. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or relevant disciplines preferred. Proven track record as COO or top-tier operation lead within consumer electronics, lifestyle or FMCG export enterprises. 2. Fluent bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English; able to use English as daily working language to communicate seamlessly with overseas C-level teams and international partners for cross-border business. 3. Minimum 8 years of senior corporate general management experience with solid exposure to headquarters platform construction, business process reengineering, organisational transformation and pre-IPO operational rectification; well-versed in the operational logic of cross-border export companies. 4. Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, procurement cost control, warehousing logistics and production & sales coordination; capable of building global supply chain systems to support multi-country, multi-brand business expansion. 5. Outstanding capabilities in corporate governance, cross-functional alignment and problem-solving; proven experience designing standardised operating systems from ground up and eliminating organisational inefficiencies. 6. Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset with excellent target decomposition, progress tracking and closed-loop execution capabilities, focusing on profit optimisation and sustainable business growth. 7. In-depth knowledge of IPO-related internal control and corporate compliance rules; candidates with hands-on pre-IPO operational restructuring experience are highly preferred. 8. Calm-minded, resilient under high pressure and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to fast-paced and dynamically evolving corporate environment. 9. Able to work flexibly between Shenzhen and Hong Kong; existing mature industry networks within Greater Bay Area cross-border business circles are a bonus.
